How to Make a Reservation

Please follow these steps to make a reservation once you have received information and prices from us by email. We accept reservations and payment by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

Our Reservation Procedure:

1 - Credit Card Booking Form*

To make a reservation, we will email you our Credit Card Booking Form (also enclosing our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy). Just return this completed form to us by fax or email. Please ensure the form is fully completed and is signed by the cardholder. We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards only. (Alternatively bank transfers are also accepted - please ask for details).

 

* Please note that no reservations can be made for you before we receive the booking form. After receiving it, no reservations are confirmed until you receive back an email confirmation from us as in step 3.

 

2 - Reservations Processed

Once we receive your credit card booking form, we will proceed with all the necessary reservations. If any changes are needed at this stage, for example due to changes in availability, we will ask for your approval by email first. Once everything is confirmed, the initial booking deposit indicated in the booking form will be billed.

 

3 - Email Confirmation

With all the reservations completed, we will email you confirmation of the services booked including confirmed itinerary, final schedule, necessary travel documents, pick up details and our contact information. The remaining balance will not be billed until a later date as indicated in the booking form.

Customer Protection - TURSAB Approved:

Our website is operated under our registered tour operator name 'Byzas Tours' with TURSAB License A-5339, which offers our clients the security of approval and recommendation from TURSAB - Turkey's governing tourism body. All legally licensed responsible tour companies in Turkey must be officially licensed under this authority.
